Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. There are no refunds - only exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-exchangeable Items
Certain items, such as preorders or personalized items, cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept exchanges for clothing, apparel, or accessories. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange and inform you if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a Sophisticated Sneakers gift card with a balance equivalent to your purchase price (taxes, shipping, and all other fees applied at checkout will not be included). Your newly issued gift card will appear in your email. If not approved, your exchange will be shipped back to the same address from which it was ordered.
