All preorder sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges (unless there is a fulfillment issue on our end). All preorder deposits and payments are non-refundable. Please ensure you're choosing the correct items and sizes.


Payment Options

30% Deposit - If you purchase your preorder using this option, 30% of the total purchase price (taxes, shipping, and all other fees applied at checkout included) will be due to initiate the order.

Once your requested items have been located, we will have them delivered to our retail store. Upon arrival, you will be notified and instructed to complete the remaining 70% of your order's payment. Once this payment is received, your items will be eligible for pickup or shipping.

Full Payment - If you purchase your preorder using this option, 100% of the total purchase price (taxes, shipping, and all other fees applied at checkout included) will be due to initiate the order.

You will be notified once your items are located and delivered to our retail store. Full payment orders will be prioritized in the fulfillment process, as no additional payments are due. Upon arrival, your items will be immediately eligible for pickup or shipping.



Fulfillment Issues

If there is an unforeseen reason we cannot fulfill your preorder, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days of being notified. Your refund will include taxes, shipping, and all other fees applied at checkout.



Turnaround Time

Turnaround times depend on the availability within our network of partners, sellers, and consignors. Before initiating your preorder, you will be given an estimated time you can expect to receive your items.

Most routine, non-expedited preorders take between 1-2 weeks.



Expedited Orders

If your request is urgent and your items are needed by a particular date, we can expedite your order for a small fee.* We can locate items in as little as 24 hours!**

*Expedited fees will change depending on your order’s value and desired timeframe. You will be quoted the amount of this fee before initiating your preorder.

**If we are unable to fulfill your expedited order in the time requested, your expedited fee will be refunded.



Disclaimers (shipped orders only)

We are not responsible for shipment delays after we have fulfilled and shipped your order. Shipment delays are beyond our control. If your order gets delayed after we have shipped it, you will not be refunded your expedited fee.
