Every item sold by Sophisticated Sneakers is 100% authentic, guaranteed. Our team of experienced authenticators puts every item through a strict, complex verification process to ensure its authenticity.
What are the return & exchange policies?
We have a 7-day exchange policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. There are no refunds - only exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Will you restock an item that is sold out?
Restocks depend on the availability within our network of partners, sellers, and consignors. If you would like to preorder an item, please visit our preorder page or email info@sophisticatedsneakers.com for assistance.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay or Amazon Pay with a valid billing and shipping address. When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
Can I sell to Sophisticated Sneakers?
We will buy certain items (in-store only) for a reasonably negotiated price.

What is consignment and how do I become a consignor?
Consignment is the simplest, most profitable way to sell your items. Since consigned items are sold directly to the consumer, your earnings are maximized.
After receiving and authenticating your items, they will be available for sale in our retail store & online website. Once an item is sold, you will receive a digital payout.
